Tuesdays 7-8:30pm
Wednesdays 7-8:30pm
Thursdays 9:30 – 11am
Saturdays 9:00-10:30am
Classes are $14 per class (times however many classes are in a session).
The next session starts in January and I continue to offer monthly half day retreats as well. If you are a new student interested in joining a class please contact me at pam@fallingopen.ca.
I am available for private sessions and workshops based on request and time availability.

Monthly Half Day Retreats -Generally occurring on the last Sunday of each month.
9am - 12pm - $35
Location - TBA - Camrose and Area
These half day retreats are dedicated to releasing stress and tension built up over the month and revitalizing energy for the challenges ahead. The sessions include guided relaxation, asana, breathwork, yoga philosophy and meditation My teaching style emphasis self-awareness and deep respect for all aspects of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. All levels are welcome.
